Convenient location. Service manager helpful in spite of no appointment - I just stopped by with my problem. Willingness to show me the issue and answer all my questions. Good communication regarding status of work needed. Courtesy shuttle pick up by MMH when my car was ready very nice.
#1. prices were right #3. every person we worked with, took the time to explain and answer each question. #3. the sales guy we worked with was exceptional (Gary Smith) #4. no high pressure sales #5. worked hard to find us a better loan % then what we came in with, was pre approved, but given s better rate.
First time here at MMH for service. At first loved it as I was greeted by multiple employees and felt they cared. Then, 2 1/2 hours later, with an appointment, my oil change was finally done. Think I’ll see the other Honda dealer in the area to see if they’re more prepared to help customers

Complete waste of my time and a inquiry on my credit.
The worst customer service EVER. I’ve had issues with this dealership since I purchased my car July 9th. It’s been over a month and I’m still having issues with them that they keep saying is MY FAULT when they are the ones who messed up multiple times making me come back to the dealership. I’ve had to come four times now and have not once been offered to an apology for these issues or any type of compensation for me having to travel 40minutes to the dealership then back home.
