My 12-day old son saw Dr. Geivelis for tongue and mouth tie releases. From the moment you inquire about scheduling, you are provided with ample information to prepare you and proves that they take the procedure and its success seriously. As a first-time mom, I did not feel worried about the procedure after meeting Dr. and his staff. From the office staff to his assistant, Sheri, everyone has been helpful and honest. Dr Geivelis performed connective tissue gum graft surgery on three of my teeth for gum recession. I have to say it was nicest experience considering what was actually happening. Dr Geivelis explained what he was going to do, why he was doing it and once surgery started he continually asked about my comfort. Dr Geivelis followed up with me the following day to check pain and basic wellbeing. I have found Dr Geivelis to be incredibly knowledgable, quite skillful and basically just amazing!
I couldn't explain how much I love going into this office! I had work done by Dr. Geivelis and I was very happy with the service. With his specialty in Periodontics, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. During the procedure he would constantly make sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything. I knew exactly what the procedure was before I even came in to the office and he answered every queston that I had. I am now a patient there and will continue to go there for many years to come
Dr. Geivelis is very professional and takes the time to explain procedures. He puts me at ease and is very caring. His work is exceptional and I would highly recommend him.
Was way over billed for procedures, did not file insurance claim correctly, which I'm still fighting with the office. Quoted my a price of $1200...and then billed the insurance $1700. Does not go over all the procedures and charges, will try to add more charges and procedures than necessary...you will need to stay on your toes with this guy! I don't trust this Dr as far as I can throw him!
