Anthony Miller prepared my initial appraisal on my new home and appraised it ridiculously high, with conditions. The comps he used to initially appraise the home were in a completely different area of town than the property for sale. What a joke. Writes appraisals 10% less than others. Waste of money. RUN AWAY
We received a completely incorrect factually wrong appraisal.
This guy is insane doin an appraisal for the cheapest manufactured home of 80,000 he valued it for 245,000 watch out for this one buyers.
This guy does not have a clue. I can see missing by 20k or maybe even 30K But 100,000???? Horrible!!! Stay away!!!! I would give a -1 if possible. This horrible appraisal affected the rest of my life. Do not use!!!!
