If you’re hoping for your home buying process to devolve into an absolute nightmare, this is the appraiser for you. Anthony Miller prepared my initial appraisal on my new home and appraised it ridiculously high, with conditions. The comps he used to initially appraise the home were in a completely different area of town than the property for sale. We received a completely incorrect factually wrong appraisal.
This guy is insane doin an appraisal for the cheapest manufactured home of 80,000 he valued it for 245,000 watch out for this one buyers.
