Poor Home Inspector – Mike showed up at my home unable to effectively perform an inspection himself. He failed to tell me he was having medical issues rendering him unable to walk. He had his friend go up on my roof and say it was in good condition (when in reality it needed to replaced ASAP) and checked all windows and faucets. He did not even catch that our circuit breakers were a bad FPE model. The kind that is known to not trip properly, thus requiring new boxes.
