I could hear basically every footstep of my upstairs neighbor. This was not their (singular) fault, but rather a structural issue with the building. It disturbed my sleep on a regular basis. If I could go back in time, I would advise myself NOT to live here, so now I’m doing that for you, dear reader. Management raised the rent by 4% in the 2 years I stayed there, which is their right but still annoying. On a positive note, I found that maintenance usually responded in a pretty timely manner.
Amber helped me get a new garage clicker after a series of unfortunate events. She was so helpful and her sweet dog Bentley truly turned my day around!
This apartment building doesn't care about the planet or your health at all. They use illegal gas powered leaf blowers twice a week for hours . I am a direct neighbor with lung problems and they are not willing to change anything, eg less leaf blowing or switching to electric. If you care about your health, stay away!!!!
Worst rental experience ever. Kendrick is the worst building manager ever. Apartment 303 has a ROACH INFESTATION, as does the entire 1811 building. Don’t trust this company.
