I bought my truck from them about 6 months ago. I pay for a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty every month. my truck broke down on friday so I called the warranty company (zurich) just to have them tell me I dont have that warranty. i call Milo and they said I did but they made an error and didnt send it over. fast foward five days and the situation still isnt resolved. my truck is still broken down and I will still have to pay fot this warranty this month. I took my car in for new tires and called at the last minute for an oil change. They took my car right away and gave me a ride to work. An hour later the work was finished and they came back to get me. They were efficient, professional, and they even vacuumed my car. Thank you Erik.
Took my grandmothers car here due to some sort of leak. Before we could even try to explain the problem, the mechanic said to go across the street to the Mazda Milo Gordon because he “looked” around the corner and said they couldn’t get us in.
