I was a first time car buyer. I was overwhelmed, scared and just the fear of the unknown. I contacted Jason Elbert in the Internet department who made me an appointment with Cynthia Strauder who made my first car buying experience amazing. The worst experience I've ever had. They lied the whole time.. I told them I wanted my payment to be around 200 maybe a little more.. I was told the payments would be around 236ish and was okay with that, when my husband went to sign the papers they wanted us to pay 350 with like a 15% intrest rate! With the car i have now my intrest rate is 7%. My mother in law who was with me felt very uncomfortable by being come onto by a finance guy.. they are coming to take my car back right now after letting me take it for the weekend ... read more
