I liked how quick everything went and how the Dr. took time to explain everything to me and the nurse was so kind and sweet!
Dr. Vassallo is pleasant, patient and great bedside manner. He listens to parents concerns as well as the children. Helps you to make a decision by providing options of medications that can help with allergies. He is thorough in describing the process of allergy shot treatments.
Dr. Vassallo was very informative and helpful with listening to my symptoms and devising a plan to get better.
The only downside was the waiting time before seeing the doctor.
Dr. Vassallo is excellent! He asked me questions, listened for my response and gave solutions based on what I was I shared with him. As a patient, that is extremely important and he surpassed my expectations.
It's rare for me to review a doctor. But I have to for Dr. Vassallo and his staff. He takes listens carefully, explains the science and takes the time to make sure we understand next steps. It's a rarity in medicine. I'm kicking myself for not coming sooner.
He listened to all my allergy problems, asked questions, tested me for all environmental allergies, gave me my results with solutions & medications to take all in my 1st visit. Very knowledgeable.
I had a great experience with Dr Vassalo. He is a great listener. He allows you time to explain your concerns and actually face you and make eye contact while listening. Which is good. He then proceeds to explain his findings, his treatment plan while making sure that you understand. Nowadays doctors give more attention to their computer than to their patient. Which was absolutely not the case. The staff was also very knowledgeable. And the clinic is SUPER clean.
Dr. Vassallo has excellent bedside manner is totally professional. He takes down the history, discusses and reviews it with the patient so we are both understanding the same thing, evaluates it, is thoughtful and then proceeds with the examination to measure with the history. He it methodical, patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain diagnoses and prognosis AND makes sure the patient UNDERSTANDS!!! He should be famous.
