Always a good experience! The staff repeatedly does a good job of creating a welcoming atmosphere and the care is amazing. Dr. Steward, Dr. Gibson and Dr. Adam have all provided excellent care for my dog and the Vet technicians, assistant and admin staff never fail to be kind and helpful. Thank you Team.
As a new patient, I was required to pay a $138.34 deposit before my appointment could be booked. On the day of the appointment, I arrived exactly 10 minutes late, which I understood to be within the clinic's stated 10-minute grace period. However, I was informed that because reception checked me in 12 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, my appointment was considered missed. On March 4th, I called ahead about my 7.5 year old german Shepard as we noticed a new limp and ear infection and was sent an estimate that included diagnostics such as x-rays. This gave me the expectation that his lameness would be properly investigated.
