We are new to the area and came in today with an acute allergic reaction that clearly needed urgent medical attention. Neither receptionist looked up from their computers to assist and both were trying to get the other to speak to us. Then they just said we cannot help you, go to the hospital. They didn't even check with a Dr. if we needed urgent help or for someone to call 911. Absolutely shocking!!

Fire the receptionist. 0 people skills. I was just asking for help and she was pessimistic and demeaning. Not helpful at all. I asked her how she was doing, she did not respond so I asked again. 0 response. Just a cold blank stare. A smile goes a long way. I would include the date and time I was in but I’m sure the staff are well aware who this is.
They are no longer a walk in clinic. I tried to find this out before going but the clinic hours are not posted on their website or google and the phone recording only lists the clinic hours during business hours. When I arrived there was a sign out front that said they were no longer a walk in clinic.
