I had a very bad experience with the service department went Saturday get an oil change and the mechanic forgot to replace the oil cap and I took it back today and spoke with service manager he said let them look at it was only 5 minutes no apology or hey free oil change NOTHING. Don't know if was because I am a WOMAN and didn't know anything. DON'T what wrong with them.
Well reading some of the reviews and what my friend is going through with the same thing. Millsboro Preston Auto Mart. Your selling bad vehicles and right now people have to be careful of all the flood vehicles that are here. I got a jeep from them but was never told I had a big payment at the end. So now I'm still paying car payments after contract is up.Where am I going to get 3599.00 from to pay it off. Maybe they will pay it off to chase as a gift.
My experience was awesome here. I️ couldn’t of asked for better service. They really took care of me!! I’ll recommend them to anyone !
We were bold face lied to about our terms of finance... I would NEVER step foot on this property again.... Not to mention over 4,000 dollars in repair within the first 5 months!!!!!!!
