This dealership knowingly sells cars with issues. My mother and step father just got a 2008 Nissan Rogue at the beginning of the summer. Days after purchase the check engine light came on and they said it “just had to be reset”. Well here we are a few months later and both the A/C and the transmission have gone! Do not trust them. My mother just finished cancer treatment and it is so pertinent for her to have a reliable car, they were so happy for this. Now they are back to square one. Such a great customer service team!! They helped me make the day a breeze after dealing with the financial stress of pop purchasing and easily found me a car lower than the price I suggested AND even did everything they could to lower my monthly payment by $100! Worst experience of my life. Bought a used car from them battery went up less then 2 months after and I was told after 30 days the warranty doesn't cover anything "electrical". They knew full well this battery was going bad. Never recommend. Update: Now the heating and air system has gone up Just an awful place all around awful experience
Me and my wife went in to get as new a car as we could afford. We meet Chris Bennett he was great asked what we need out of the car. He worked with his finance people to get us the best deal. We got a great deal only 7k on the car and a payment we can afford. Will recommend them to anyone who asks. Great service, great deal now we have a car we will have for a long time.
