I’d like to give my review regarding Mills property mgmt. Shelby is wonderful. From the first day I met her she treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. She is very professional and educated in matters of her work. I had no problems with this company. The communication has been excellent. I really appreciate a company like this who will give hard working people a chance to have a great place to live. Can't get anything fixed and if they finally fix something it's weeks to months later. Completely redickuless. Cheapest places built around.
I would give them a negative rating if I could. Absolutely do not rent from them. I dealt with major structural damage due to an issue I brought up years ago and got made to feel like I was the crazy one for being concerned about it. I noticed water damage in my kitchen 3 years into my tenancy, and immediately let them know. They let it ride for about 9 months before they did anything, and their solution was just to plaster over the hole that I kept complaining about. Mills property management is rude whenever you call them for issues. We paid $1295 a month without amenities of any kind located on Creekwood Ave. And when a fire alarm was going off, in an empty downstairs just below us, for hours and I called 4 times for our 24 maintenance service, got no response. So I called the fire department. After they entered the empty apartment they found black mold from floor to ceiling in EVERY room. Do NOT rent from these people. They will disrespect you whenever you need help, blame you for eve... read more
