My experience been with them for 2 and half years only signed one lease for a year, was told that I need to get rid of my dog because no one was home and someone knock on the door and my dog was barking, which is what dogs do when it’s unexpected strangers knocking on the door, I’ve had her for 5 years. I told them I was gonna move somewhere where I could keep her, remind you we are no longer on a lease and have not signed a new one since we been there. Just another crappy property place that collects $50(never had to pay that much) application fees and then lets one person move in while dozens of other people applt and they just keep the money. Terrible properties too dont even clean them GFY
Was able to tour and get into something quickly. The leasing agents in the office have always been responsive to questions and emails. Neighborhood is quiet and the rent is reasonable.
