I rarely write reviews but the service that I received trying to help my mother rent a place was absolutely abhorrent. The lady with the glasses was so unprofessional it was actually unreal and I feel for anyone else who has to deal with her. Because SHE didn't understand the explanation of amount of residency (which she said overlapped-- it didn't-- considering the year started 2017-2020 ALMOST 2021 -3 years as we indicated) Apparently, numbers are not her thing, I get it. Shout out to the ENTIRE team at Mills property management! I just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in April & we have had a few unforseen issues that we weren't aware of during the walk through of the apartment. Everyone at Mills has been very helpful every time we have had to put in a maintenance request. The Maintenance team has been very courteous and quick to fix the issues in a timely manner. Our HVAC unit went out & they actually loaned us a couple window units so we could stay cool until our central air was fixed. I r... read more

Excellent service. Called and left a voicemail for a maintenance issue for my dishwasher. Received a call first thing the next morning and they were out the same day. Damien came out and got it fixed. He did a fantastic job and was super courteous.
