Excellent service. Called and left a voicemail for a maintenance issue for my dishwasher. Received a call first thing the next morning and they were out the same day. Damien came out and got it fixed. He did a fantastic job and was super courteous.
They are not understanding at all I filled an application out and it said no friend, family, or sober living for rental history I put who I paid rent to unaware that my husbands parents still owned it after calling and explaining had I known it wasn’t sold to the person I handed rent to they didn’t care they said I couldn’t redo it with no rental history because is put false information (how could I do that if I wasn’t aware they still owned it therefore didn’t purposely do it) as I understood it couldn’t be family I thought... read more
Do not move into the 2039 Russellville rd apartments. BED BUGS. A neighbor of mine passed away and when cleaning out his apartment it stirred up an infestation of bed bugs that made their way into my apartment. They made me pay for the treatment and blamed the infestation on a couch I recently purchased when there was more than enough evidence of neighbors having the pest themselves including pictures. They stated they do monthly routine inspections for the pests but my neighbor had been living with the bed bugs for a while.... read more
Doing research on property management companies as I am looking to maybe move. I seen all the negative comments on this place and decided to not let that affect my decision. However after being told the house is move in ready I went and looked at it. It was filthy, damaged and not ready to move in. After telling them and showing pictures of the place they responded well it’s an old house. Old house, not exactly it was built in 2016.
