Beautiful hotel! Our room was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly. The manager was extra helpful answering our questions and showing us around. Thank you for a great stay!
We stayed the night for my daughter's birthday, just to get away from the house and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. It's absolutely beautiful, words can't do it justice. The breakfast pastries were amazing too. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!
This hotel really is beautiful. So much so that we considered having my daughters wedding reception there next year but after 3 weeks of reaching out to the hotel manager by phone, email, even in person multiple times and receiving zero follow up (even after requesting a call from the owner) I can't imagine doing business this way.....very disappointing when you could capitalize on small town charm and hospitality....missed the mark.

I think it is going to be too expensive to stay they for most people since they won't answer anyone's question concerning the price. Too bad but it's giving the impression that the rice is going to be a ridiculous amount.

Wow! What can I say about this piece of southern heaven in Ohio? The accommodations are exquisite, you can see the craftsmanship and attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautiful furniture in the guests rooms to the woodwork on the front porch and the chandelier in the lobby. The food at Ellie's restaurant is out of this world good, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and gracious! Perfect getaway for a night or a weekend, you won't want to leave!
We enjoyed everything about it'!!' The rooms are beautiful,cozy and warm. You can really appreciate it if you know the people behind the scenes. The Hammonds put a lot of great ideas to make it the most unique hotel I've ever been in. It's full of special stories from the pictures and handmade furniture . Definitely stay there!!!!
