this is our second stay here - and both times the experience was immaculate. On our second visit the restaurant was open – there is a decent amount of cuisine already in yellow Springs but Ellie's is absolutely the best bar none.
The food was phenomenal and the owners could not be any better people!! Love you Libby, Katie & Jim (and the angel Sarah)
The waiter we had during brunch was on-par with some of the weirder uber/lyft drivers I've had. Responded to our food related questions with information on business hours, state tax laws, and historical facts on the southern states. If you want a great brunch but would also kinda like to know what it feels like to have a stroke then i would highly recommend this place.
