I had a great experience at this auto shop! The staff was professional, honest, and super efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had my car ready even faster than expected. The prices were fair and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy service!
Where shall I start?? Not only are these guys super friendly & professional, they made me feel safe and comfortable after a terrible accident and COMMUNICATED with me every step of the way. They fixed up my car on a timely fashion even tho I have nothing good to say about my insurance, I have everything positive to say about Millis Garage!!! The guys here a very nice and a chill environment. Pedro assured me with my vehicle and he was very nice and told me what needs to be done to my vehicle. I also had a Maryland inspection and Jackie was very thorough and honest (which some people don’t like). He didn’t nitpick, he was just honest I made sure that I was safe on the road. The owner is very nice and I can tell that everything trickles down from him with how the shop is ran.
The mechanic PEDRO is excellent at speedy diagnostics. I havetaken both my Van and car and they are always fixed perfectly. I never have complained or had problem, plus he js an really guy as are the entire crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company...
got in a car accident a couple of months ago and had to get my car fixed. I can honestly say Milli made the whole experience bearable. He was easy to get a hold of and was patient enough to relay all the information I needed. My car was fixed in a timely manner. And he was able to work the price out with the insurance company without any problems. Everyone that works in this garage is very professional and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you so much Milli!!
