I had a crown replacement prep appointment yesterday. Steve was an excellent Dental Assistant; explained the entire procedure from start to finish before they began then explained again as they did each step. He has a very gentle touch and is very proficient in his work. I love Dr. McDonald! She is great with anesthetic injections and she put me at ease throughout the entire procedure.
I have been a patient here for a few years and have practically seen every dentist in the practice. Each are kind, caring, and gentle. They take time to explain every step and I have never felt pressured to have work done. Late appointment slots are a life saver for someone who can’t always leave work in the middle of the day. Plus the provide referral bonuses!! It’s all around the best dental practice I’ve ever used!!
The family dentistry staff are efficient, caring, and customer friendly. My teeth and dentures were cleaned effectively, and an annual X-Ray of my gums and teeth was taken. I'm set now for the next appointment for January of 2020.
Millhopper Family Dentistry is a high quality, efficient, convenient and friendly place to get tooth care! The Dentists and the hygienists, and the office staff all work together well as a team. Two thumbs up!
