Jenna did her usual excellent job. I am always sore afterwards, but it is worth it. My teeth always feel great.
I thought I was facing replacing an old filling on a front tooth. Dr. Spooner assuaged my fears explaining how I could mistake a deep fold in my tooth as stained, checking it with an X-ray, and writing notes to follow it at my next cleaning. I feel like he really takes care of my teeth and those of my entire family and tells me the truth rather than using my concerns to make money and perform unneeded work.
I always feel that I get the best care possible from MFD. I don't feel rushed and the doctors always answer my questions sincerely. I feel I am in good hands here. Thanks to Maranda and Dr. McDonald, both are caring and exceptionally competent.
The first experience I had with the staff of Millhopper Family Dentistry was when I had to bring my husband in for an emergency. The staff were great with him. They treated us both very kind and this is what brought me back for my own care. They did not disappoint me. They were just as kind and polite. I didn't have to wait long being taken to the back to get x-rays and seeing the dentist. Everything was done in a timely manner.
Dr. Knopf extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything to me very clearly. I learned a lot! He was very patient and understanding of my anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done. The procedure was virtually pain free! I will be a customer for life!
My visit yesterday was very pleasant and friendly. As, usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. I always have a good feeling after my appointments.
The technician was very friendly and professional. She did a great job.
