The installer, Miller's Heating and A/C of Norfolk fraudulently sold us and installed a 2 year old system. Miller's sales rep did not identify that the 3-ton Ruud unit had been sitting outside in their compound for 2-years; and then they installed it. After installation, my husband noticed the scratches, dents and worn stickers and then discovered it was 2-years old. Miller's said it was the only unit available. Nothing in block #7 can be checked.
