James B., a new employee to MIller's, came out for our yearly service. He was very personable and very thorough in his work. He was able to diagnose the reason for the loud turn on noise of our air conditioning unit and resolve the issue. Another problem was found and he provided us with multiple options to address it, identifying the the benefits and costs of each. He showed a genuine concern that our unit was functioning properly and delivering the results we wanted.,
We have been dealing with Miller's for almost 2 decades and they have always been professional, on time and reasonable. Their staff always goes out of their way to be helpful and work with you. Our latest maintenance check was done by James. He did a great job and was very informative and thorough. They will be back next year.
I had to opportunity to have Al H as my technician. He was extremely courteous, professional and most of all helpfu. I asked him several questions about my contract, he immediately went to his truck pulled up my contract and gave me all the information that I requested. When he was done with his diagnostics, he discussed the maintenance program with me, which is quite a good deal.
