I did not have this company shampoo my carpet but I am writing this review because of their honesty, which says a lot to me. I asked them if they cleaned wool carpets (which Stanley Steamer and others all said yes to) because I was told to have it cleaned by a specialist. Instead of just taking my money and doing their best, they referred me to another local cleaner-White's and recomended them. Because of this, I'd use them for my other floors wholeheartedly!
