Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? No

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here

At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
