Is this provider's business conveniently located? No, its really far from the freeway and other shops Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, they were polite Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes
