They definitely do have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're trustworthy. They were extremely forthcoming with information and were able to answer all of my questions. They reassured me that if I had more questions I was welcome to call. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Dr. Miller has helped me so much in the past, I will continue to look to him for professional advise.
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Dr. Miller make an extra effort to and find out what I needed. They staff remembers me, and make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Miller listens to my questions and concerns and went out of his way to be sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
Did this cosmetic surgeon answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you informed about the company's policies for the cost of a second procedure if something were to go wrong? Briefly, but not in depth Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I wasn't too impressed with their office. Could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. Doctor does not have a good bedside manner. Does not fully inform the patient. Still having serious problems from the surgery which was done 18 months ago. He has reoperated twice since the initial procedure (in his rooms!!!) and still has not managed to rectify things. I would definately not recommend him to any person that I care about.
