I just had two extractions done today with Doctor Bortel and can't say enough how nice everyone was. The staff were so nice and the office itself was clean and inviting. Doctor Bortel was efficient, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience as painless as possible. Everyone was friendly. Nobody likes having to have dental work done, but they made the experience as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend them.
