RecommendedDr Bortel and the entire staff were amazing. He knew I had a lot of anxiety being there for the procedure and talked me thru everything. From the novacaine to the gauze pads he explained it all. The post operative care was so well explained and I have had no problems recovering at all. I cannot express my gratitude to Dr Bortel and the entire staff enough. I would highly recommend him and this practice. I will definitely make Miller Oral Surgery my first choice in the future if I need this type of service again.

Wonderful, wonderful experience today with Dr Joo at Miller Oral Sugery. I had a very traumatic experience two weeks ago at a different practice so was a little nervous going in today. Dr Joo was excellent. He told me everything he was going to do ahead of time, made sure I was totally numb and as he was working on me he explained everything he was doing and kept asking me if I was ok. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment just to have it canceled the morning of because the provider was sick. Been in pain due to a broken wisdom tooth for 3 weeks and all they wanted to do was reschedule it for another 2 weeks. It is very clear they don’t care if your in pain. Called another oral surgeon and was able to get in same day.
Surgery date with Dr Andrews was rescheduled for no reason twice then scheduled w Dr Bortel. My teen daughter had severe pain immediately upon awakening and swore that she was never numb

Dr. Andrews was awesome! I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted and 1 cut out. I waited years to get this done because everyone always made it seem so painful! It’s been 48 hours and I’ve experienced minimal pain and swelling. The picture attached is 24 hours after my procedure and my face and spirits were great!
I had oral surgery almost 2 months ago and I called today because I had pieces of a bone that decided they wanted out of my mouth and they worked me right in the schedule today and removed them quick and easy. They are an amazing group or Dr.’s and ladies that work there!
