I visited the Dartmouth location, but due to being 20 minutes late, I wasn’t accommodated. I understand scheduling, but I was in pain with a swollen eye. The front desk was kind and helpful, but the doctor (Euan McGinty) insisted on a full $186 exam before any relief. I asked for flexibility or to wait for a cancellation, but we just went in circles. Ultimately, I called the Halifax location and they were much more understanding. I hope the Dartmouth location can improve their empathy and communication for urgent cases.
