I wish I would’ve done research before choosing this law firm. Please attorneys who will fight for your case and actually communicate .
Although their firm was unable to move forward with my case, Ian Ansel was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He was very thorough, presented timely updates on their progress, and provided a professional and sympathetic response as to why they were unable to proceed with further action. I would highly recommend their services when pursuing a Medical Malpractice case in the future.
Tracy was incredibly rude and dismissive within moments of conversation on the phone, offering no guidance for our case before hanging up on us.. I highly doubt a law firm which lacks common decency would have your best interest at heart.
From what I've read this seems to be a great attorney that actually Wins cases such as Malpractice or Personal injury.
