I scheduled two viewings at one of their properties. In neither case did anyone show up to show me the place, nor did they contact me beforehand to let me know they could not come. Also tried reaching them through phone, it is practically impossible. Their staff doesn't answer e-mails concerning bookings. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.
They don't answer the phones or return calls, don't reply to emails, don't show up multiple times to appointments they've scheduled, and send you straight to voicemail almost every single time you call them after the phone rings once.
We closed on our condo on Dec. 21st. Today is Jan. 8th and although our agent has made multiple attempts to request items of the selling agent, James Moore, we are still waiting. We still do not know which reserved parking spot is ours, we do not have garage door openers, and we do not have keys to our mail box, or the community center. We have waited nearly three weeks and are incredibly frustrated. I do hope this can be resolved soon.
Just like other people who have left reviews, I continue being sent spam from Miller Laine. We stopped renting one of their properties almost a year ago, and we have asked multiple times for them to stop sending spam email. Similar to the experience we had with them as our property managers, they have been underwhelming and unresponsive.
Very disappointing experience! Half way through the first year they told us we had to move out because the seller was selling the house...they said there would be no penalties. We started looking for other houses and after spending time and money to get out of the house they told us that the seller changed his mind and they were not selling the house anymore and that if we leave early we would have to pay early termination fees.
