I went to Jay Miller for years. I really thought he was trust worthy. He is a strange man who lives a strange life. Ask his wives. My last visit, Jay wanted to marry a complete stranger. A Russian woman. He used my $7,000.00 FSA account to pay for his bride. J. Miller, put a Bridge in my mouth with a mouth full of cement. That was 2012. It stayed in less than a year.
