I currently run 6 trucks, 5 are Vulcan units. I have retired 4 other Vulcan units, truck issues. They are a good product, however service issues, and especially getting parts is totally unacceptable. I ordered a piece (over $25k) in early December. Was told 8 weeks, projected completion was early February. Guess what? Not ready. Now saying mid March. Supposedly the cylinder is the problem. Miller Industries is by far my best customer to deliver our Peterbilt Trks too. The facilities we use to undeck our trks with are like no others. Reason why I say this is Miller Industries is the Worlds Leader in Towing & Recovery equipment. With tht being said our undecking area is clean an well maintained at all times.
