Dr. Miller and his staff provide exemplary service. They are professional and courteous, and always take time to address any issues with respect. I appreciate Dr. Miller's expertise and experience, as well as that of his clinical staff.
I don’t recommend this practice. I left a message because no one picked up at 2:00 in the afternoon. They left a message the next day so I called back and again, no one answered. Left a second message that was never returned. Then went to their website and submitted a request there. Never heard back. If you can’t manage your front desk, how can you ever be trusted to manage the more difficult things?
Dr. Miller was very helpful. Really listened to me and offered his diagnosis and treatment plan in a clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand manner.
CAUTION! Poor advice and no transparency. Owner appears to be money-hungry and has a very short-term vision. Appears that patients are nothing more than a means to an end. Provides services and advice but takes no accountability when it provides bad or faulty advice without sticking you with a full office visit charge even for a less than 5 minute consult re: its bad advice. CAUTION!!
Excellent dermatologist with a super helpful and friendly staff.
