RecommendedThe staff is friendly and it’s one of the largest property management groups in Los Angeles. Yes, they have a backlog of maintenance requests but things are going in the right direction. The lady that is head of maintenance is rude and never very helpful. They seem to be hiring more staff which is a good thing. These people have only been managing our building for a few months and have been nothing but negligent. Never return calls. Never tend to pressing matters. Avoid renting from any places managed by this company at all cost!
My partner and I really wanted to think that this company couldn't possibly be as bad as everyone says. It is. It's a shame too, because we LOVED the unit we viewed, but better to walk away from that nightmare before being contracted to it. You've been warned!
Agree they don;t repair and have told Management about the gates Locks need to be replace .. for over 2 weeks.. They are still broken.........HORRIBLE!
This management company is a joke! They won't carry out repairs and when they do they'll pin you with the bill! How about following up on your work orders you jackasses! Your buildings are fucking old!Eventually shit will break down!
