The location is pretty good but the on-site parking is kind of expensive and adds up especially if you're staying for a couple of days. Other than the parking issue, it was a prime spot in the middle of city if you'd like to explore city on foot. The rooms were clean but very congested as they tried to fit a lot of things into a small space so the space to move around was pretty tight. Central location with all the basics you need, however, the rooms are dated and could use maintenance or renovation. The spa bath didn’t work, and while staff stated they can’t do anything as they don’t advertise the room as being complete with a spa, I feel the broken spa highlights the need for improvements. Having a laundry in the room made the apartment humid as the exhaust fan didn’t appear to be working effectively. Rooms are dirty, smelly and dark.
A really big apartment with wash machine. 2 min walk to the centre.We had a pleasent stay.
Very disappointed with this place. The apartment itself is okayish. Not new but not very old. The door from the main bedroom cannot be closed due to the bed disposition and size, being very big and blocking the door movement. So no privacy at all. The room was dirty with rubbish from the previous guest left and the floor was dirty and not well vacuumed. Carpark costs $30 per night.
