Not very professional. I felt like I was always the one who started contact. I was in another state and hoped the realtor would take care of me. They let people go in and make repairs before they closed and paid for the property, putting me at a risk of liability if someone got hurt. The realtor did not represent me at closing. He did not have any info on wiring time or anything. Overall I was disappointed. Maybe because it was only a 230,000 sale?
