My experience with this practice has been frustrating. I found them difficult to deal with. For example, they wouldn’t give me a lab req for a lab that had to be repeated 4 weeks later until the day before my lab appointment. Every PCP I had ever seen, provided me the lab req immediately. Also, the PA cannot write certain prescriptions. If one of these prescriptions is needed, it requires a separate appointment with the doctor and of course you get charged for another office visit. New patient here and must say truly impressed by the level of care and compassion and dedication from staff to NP haven’t met MD yet but if the staff he is supportive by I can only say I am grateful I am Chloe Fortner went above and beyond this far very impressed for her ability to connect with my son and guide him to a healthier life
Scammy office. I was overcharged for my visit, and after confirming with my insurance, I found out they didn’t even report the payment I made. Despite the office being nearly empty, I waited over 30 minutes for a rushed 2-minute consultation. The exam rooms didn’t look very clean either. I honestly have no clue how they got all the good reviews, I only went there because I saw them, but my experience was completely different. Dishonest place, I would not recommend it to anyone.
All the staff is SUPER nice! Doctor Sirchia really knows his stuff. I was in and out within an hour! I had some issue with my insurance card and the front desk lady called and fixed it for me. Great doctors office
