Sadly things have changed for the worse.
i went there on needing a new primary care physician i was out of meds and needed to establish a new doctor total nihgtmare failed on every aspect of being a professional doctors office includiding when i ask them to send mevwhat little records they had again a nnightmare the play games well i dont care keep what you got dont ever call me again so long losers
Absolutely DO NOT go there. You'll never get your test results; Dr. will NOT call you back; They'll keep transferring you between call center and the office; You'll be put on hold for however long their break must be.
Care more about patients than paperwork
Had an 8am appt this morning at office on Del Prado. Arrived at 7:50 and doctor arrived right after me. Waited until 9:05 and walked out. Never saw doctor. Receptionist was beyond lost with new system. Not the smooth transition from IMA that was promised.
