I love the doctors here but your front office and those ladies that answer the phones needs serious help. They are very short and rude over the phone. My kids have been seeing Dr. Mansour since they were born but thinking about finding a new doctor. Every time I try to schedule an appointment for my kids whether a well visit or sick visit, I can never get an appointment, on top of that the person on the phone is extremely rude. I can't even finish my sentence because she kept cutting me off. So disappointed.
Dr. Olsen is an amazing doctor and an amazing person. He goes above and beyond his call of duty! Words cannot express enough the gratuity we have for him. He's been seeing my children since my children for about 16 years now, I truly dread the day my oldest has to switch from a pediatrician to a GP!
Love this practice! We usually see Dr Olsen but have gone to everyone for illnesses and they are equally as great.
Love this office! Three kids and almost 18 years of going there I would never consider another place. I drive 40 minutes to get there but all the Dr's and Nurse practitioners are wonderful and truly care about my children and thier needs!
My two kids and three nieces and nephews see Dr Olsen. We drive 30 min and totally worth it! My two daughters love Dr Olsen and his nurses.
I love this doctor office and Dr. Olsen is fantastic as well as the other doctors in the practice, but there is one particular lady at the front desk that has an attitude. Every time I call her tone of voice is very short and rude, like I am a bother to her. It seriously rubs me the wrong way every time I call.
Incredible practice. We've been with this group since the premature birth of our twins. They have been empathetic, cautious, and caring. They do not question our parenting choices whatsoever. They always approach the children with sensitivity and playfulness. We've been through hospital stays, respiratory illnesses, earaches... I trust this practice. Currently, we work with Dr. Monsour, but I'd be happy to work with any of the staff.
