I really like my doctor but there is always a 30 to 45 minute wait. When I arrive today it was the same thing. The receptionist knew there was an hour wait but did not tell me until I walked up to the desk and asked what time will I be seen. I have other appointments in the day because this is the only day I have off so I had to leave. At the time I was in horrible pain and she said the doctor couldn’t see me until late February… I will be going elsewhere.

The staff and dr Binyamin and nurse practitioner Elizabeth are very compassionate and sensitive. Even when I was gone for a year fighting cancer the whole staff worried about me and checked in on me. Now I have been suffering in pain from a collapsed disc. They immediately got me in did an injection and I am 80% pain free and my goal is 100% very soon! Thankyou all and MERRY CHRISTMAS! I love you all!!!

I sit there for 2 1/2 hours in pain and was told they can't do anything for me.
