This place is one of my all time favorites. I grew up in Tallahassee, but have since moved to Seattle. Every time I fly home, I make it a point to schedule to get my hair done with Ashley and nails done with Phillip. The staff are very guest focused and care about your experience. You know the quality, atmosphere, and service are top notch when you fly across the country for spa appointments! I am happy that they have been successful enough to open a second location in Midtown, but will continue to go to Kerry Forest.
I absolutely love having Phillip do a pedicure. He knows just where to be tough and when to be gentle. He is awesome.
It was my husband and I 1st anniversary. It was his first professional massage so he was excited. Both of our services were ok. I've definitely had better. He stated the therapist could've definitely used more pressure. We probably won't be back. Very nice environment though!

Very disappointed today in my service. Usually it's amazing but today when I brought my daughter in for a relaxing pedi they were 40 minutes late and our pedi was rushed when they finally got to us.

Brought my daughter in yesterday to get an actual hair style and not just a basic haircut. Ashley, don't know if I spelled her name correct, did an outstanding job. Words can't express how wonderful she did. She has cut my hair before and I knew she was good at her job. The big deal was that my daughter had 4in. Taken off and bangs cut!!! She transformed my daughter into a beautiful young lady. Thank you so much!!!!!!!
