Last time I was here my experience was awesome but this time ... not so much. Much of the pedicure she wasn’t even looking at my feet. She kept looking around the spa. Her massage was light and brief. She really didn’t focus on removing my dry heels.

As for the massage, everyone has a different preference, please do feel free to let your technician know what level of massage you prefer on your next visit. Our team is happy to oblige with whatever the client prefers! We have clients who like a deep deep massage and others who can’t tolerate that and prefer a light touch!
