absolutely terrible customer service. not only am I charge a late fee for canceling my appointment due to a family emergency. I was interrupted multiple times, and then hung-up on as I was trying to explain. I then called back to speak to someone else and the call was answered and then disconnected. extremely rude employees and I'm very disappointed with this service. To have a late fee due to an emergency out of your control is INSANE!
The staff are super nice and helpful! Sheena is absolutely amazing! She changed my blue hair to brown and I absolutely love it! definitely recommend going to her for color or cut she is awesome!
