The entire interaction I had was really awful. Mike immediately assumed I was unemployed and told me no one would give me a loan. He didn’t even ask if I had a job. Most of the time he only spoke to my boyfriend even though it was pretty clear I was the one paying because he was taking my information. I would rather walk to work than buy from him.
Really fair, no games.
Helpful and friendly. Mike has quality cars. I would recommend anyone to take a look at his inventory.
This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership that I felt was being completely honest. The 2012 Genesis I bought had an issue within the first week so I took it back and not only did they take care of that issue, they repaired and repainted some imperfections in the body. They also installed new spark plugs and performed an oil change (even though it had recently had one) because I wanted to use fully synthetic oil.
Good. Interested in this vehicle but am going back east for a few weeks. Will consider again when I return.

Being a mechanic for 23 years, I've experienced what dealers often try to hide or push you on. It can be a total pain in the butt, a waste of time and a dismal experience just so one can make a pay check and sell you a garbage product with hidden problems they dare not mention with no concern about what your investing in.
