Terrible communication with their clients. I tried to stay with them over months but finally got fed up with them never communicating with me so I am now asking the VA to find another agency.
I would highly recommend these wonderful people to anyone who needs care and wants to get best care. The nurses they hire are top notch. They know their stuff and keep the doctors on their toes. They are very compassionate and put their hearts into their patients. I've had almost all of the nurses in my home at one time or another and I don't have a bad thing to say about any of them. We have used Millennium Home Health Care for a few months now and I will never recommend them. Our family will be filing a formal complaint to the State Dept of Health due to their unprofessionalism . Their social worker along with their nurses are non-responsive. As a cherry on top, we tried to reach out to them over the holidays and received zero response. Our best friend who is a registered nurse also advised to fire them, for which we will. Devon and Mozetta are the only ones that actually do their job spot on.
I have an Elderly Mother who receives care from Millennium Home Health Care and I have to say they are the most caring people I have ever met and treat my mom like shes family which is only fair because they are family to me .
