Millennium home health is a rip off they are supposed to fill my dad’s pills once a month. They show up every week so they can ding the insurance once a week $200.00 they only have two weeks training. No RNs on staff just a bunch of CNAs
This company prioritizes other things over communication and patient care. They need to realize they operate as a business. Certain expectations come with conducting business with others. Communication offers feedback and vital information. Effective business is impossible without communication. All businesses are imperfect. But you have foundational tools to ensure patient’s care is being handled.
Terrible communication with their clients. I tried to stay with them over months but finally got fed up with them never communicating with me so I am now asking the VA to find another agency.
