Though I've only lived in this property and in Houston for a short time, I am enjoying the experience. Great exercise classes, nice gym and pool plus quality staff who are so nice and always willing to listen and respond to suggestions and concerns. Loving the proximity to upscale restaurants and shops!
The walls are so thick- this was one of my biggest concerns when choosing an apartment. We live next door to a Beagle and have not heard a peep! Such a great apartment! We also love the proximity to Equinox, Hopdoddy, IPic, etc.
Love it here! No complaints so far. Great amenities, maintenance comes quickly, building is kept clean, grounds are always neat and clean, office staff is professional and friendly.
We could not be happier here. The location is perfect and the staff is so kind. We love how close we are to everything. River Oaks District is also right next door so we can walk to dinner. The pool is great and always kept up so nicely. Our dogs love the dog park which is also always clean.
These are awesome apartments, very comfortable and with all the facilities needed, I would be back there without doubts
