Just moved in and I love the location. The manager, Tim, has been super helpful with any concern I may have. Always super responsive and solves an issue immediately. I really like the amenities around the property such as the hot tub, gym, and cardio room. Also enjoy that HPD lives on site and make me feel a little more secure living here.
It would help if we could get a management team in place that was responsive. The current manager changes policies on the fly and then breaks his own rules. Yesterday he sent out an email stating the office would close early starting today, yet closed early yesterday. They also ask that you email or call the office rather than going down to visit, however they do not respond to emails. Now they are limiting package access entirely for the locker system. Very good location (the condo is walking distance from restaurants, stores, gym and many services), great and well maintained premises plus a very supportive and efficient staff!
Loved my experience here! Lauren and Amanda in the office are AWESOME! What a great community and even better staff 💕 if we could buy one of these spaces, we’d never leave!
