The experience with this garage door service was very frustrating. The technician arrived late and seemed unprepared. The repair was rushed, and the door still didn’t function properly afterward. Extra charges were added without explanation, and customer support was dismissive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service. Every time I called with a question, they either put me on hold forever or hung up. When I finally got through, they were rude and unhelpful. The repair itself didn’t even last a week.
