This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They lie and don't give all the information up front. They give the run around acting if they are not all in the same building just across the hall. The lies...I will never recommend anyone ever go to this dealership. I have purchased many vehicles never had this experience. I will not name ppl the only experience that I had an ok look was with the sales person he was not pushy or overbearing. Scammers alert. They are not giving our warranty money back. Guy name ******** will ruin your credit. Why the **** would you run someone’s credit 10 time. They are making every other excuse to return our warranty money. Salesman ****has been also very disrespectful and uncooperative.

Look for business elsewhere....To not be trusted. Original price of the car was $27******* lied to us and advised that with interest it would be $37K and that's all we have to pay. Shame on the bank that deals with them too - JOVIA.. We shook on it and apparently shook hands with the devil. Complete lies as after purchase it was the warranty they included and since we didn't place any money down - both illegal moves and $10K warranty??!!!. Two information they didn't disclose and lied to us. Be aware!!!!!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. So I purchased a pre certified 2017 ***** Colorado in Jan of 2022. By March of 2022 I had to bring the car in for transmission work. It then has come in 6 more times after that for repairs with major issues up until today 03/2023 as I sit in dealership once again. This last issue I had gas pouring from the the fuel tank into the engine bay. They claimed it was fixed and as I drove off the lot to my place of work, the thermostat seemed to break within that time. Mind you i brought the car in 3 ... read more

On Saturday 2/11/23 my husband shopped all day for a 2023 ***** Malibu at different dealers on Long Island. He finally made his best deal with Millennium Chevrolet and returned home in the evening with the Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Millennium offered us a great deal on our old Malibu trade-in @ $9,500. We purchased a 2015 Tahoe on 2021 the day we purchased the truck we were told the car had a minor accident no damage was caused or air bags deployed, on 2022 we tried to trade the truck when we found out the truck was sold to us at a $10,000 over priced of what the truck was worth and that’s when we were told also the truck was on a huge accident the air bags were deployed and the value was between $18,000-22,000. 11/13/2021 i emailed the *** I purchased a ***** Trax 2018 twelve days ago with the bumper-to-bumper option. I have reconsidered and I do not want the bumper-to-bumper warranty that you offer and am requesting that it be terminated. Very Poor after sales. All they twll tou is "We can't help you here. Go call your insurance!" They don't even give you a reassuring word of help. Not even recommendations what to do. Can't contact my sales agent. Would rather go to ******** ****

Went in to buy a truck, put a deposit on a White RST Silverado , pending a lease agreement. Couldn't agree to a price so was offered a deal on a black Silverado. Moving forward on that deal , had insurance all set up was ready to pick up only to learn truck was sold! And so was the other one leaving me with no choices.. The manager George was very apologetic and pitched me a deal on another truck that was to come in two weeks later.
