I had an extremely poor experience with this repair shop. They never proactively communicated; I had to initiate all contact to learn about the next steps for my vehicle. The pricing was inconsistent, changing from the initial quote upon arrival to the final amount when I picked up the car, despite no changes in the required repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Can't even begin to explain how disappointed and frustrated I am at this place. They have my car for pretty much three months now getting fixed through insurance. They will not give you updates on their process unless you ask for them. RecommendedMy Mercedes was repaired by Omar at Millenia Body Shop. A car hit me in august and totally did damage on front. Omar knew my late husband loved this car and I have many memories. He totally brought it back to life and actually it even drives like a new car. My daughter has loved cars all her life and she agrees with me. Omar had given me an estimate and told me he would email it later that day and he did. I had to have an estimate completed by my insurance company, which took forever. I had already been impressed by Millenia Auto Body and knew I wanted to take my Mercedes there since it was so close to my work. They drove me to work and said my car would be ready that day and it was! They even washed and detailed my car. Honest and excellent work! I highly recommend Millenia.
Omar and his team did an amazing job with my 2015 Kia Forte! I had the rear windshield re-tinted, which was done by a third party vendor brought in by Millenia Auto Body, but the Millenia Auto Body team made sure it was excellent quality. Service advisor Miguel Colón is sincere and a true professional who provides excellent customer service. He always kept me up to date and informed of the status of my car.
