Saw Dr pearya he was very through an felt I had a good exam . Didn't wait a long time . Was very happy with my visit.
Always kind and quick never have to wait long and my son will be able to go when he is 5 which it's close and convenient from where I live.They are very professional and answer any questions that I have had. I have seen 2 different eye doctors so far here, and I will continue to come. There is a little play section for kids, free Wi-fi, TV, coffee, and you can sign out 2 fire tablets that they have to offer.
When i went in to address a problem there was even another customer having a horrible time with the staff because they tried to force him to pay $25 for a contact thing and he was only there for the free eye exam and they told me that was none of my business! I was already there to address my own problem with contacts. I went here 2 years ago and swore to never return but because of insurance had to come back. I had made an appointment for my parents, ages 96 and 88. When we arrived, we were told that they were not in the system. The receptionist, not even looking at us, told us that there was no appointment. No apology, obviously didn't care. At my folks' senior residence, a number of people told me the same had happened to them - appointments made and never in the system. Very unprofessional.
